Connor Sebastian is a former Division I college basketball coach who has recently returned to the Jacksonville area, where he now works full-time with Above Basketball Academy. In addition to his role at Above, Connor serves as a College Basketball Recruiting Consultant with IMG Academy.

Connor began his Division I coaching career at Virginia Military Institute (VMI), where he was one of the youngest full-time staff members in the country. During his tenure, he played an integral role in multiple areas of the program, including game film breakdown, player development, Florida high school recruiting, and team logistics.

He also brings extensive experience at the high school level. Connor spent four seasons as an Assistant Coach at Windermere Prep under Head Coach Brian Hoff. During the program’s 2022–2023 State Championship run, he made key contributions in opponent scouting, practice planning, and player development. He also played a significant role in helping connect student-athletes with college basketball coaches across the country, further supporting their advancement to the next level
